The LAW OFFICE OF AMIE D. MILLER can assist you with your application for Naturalization or Certificate of Citizenship. In addition to analyzing your eligibility, preparing your application and attending your interview, we advise on special issues regarding residency and citizenship, and defend clients against charges of relinquishment of citizenship. We also assist clients with appeals of denials of Naturalization Applications.
Naturalization
We can help determine whether you meet the requirements, such as residency and character, to apply for naturalization. There are special rules for military personnel, spouses of United States citizens, and certain persons living abroad.
Certificates of Citizenship
It is possible you may have acquired or derived citizenship through a parent (including adoptive parent) or even grandparent. We can analyze your history to determine whether you may be eligible to apply for a Certificate of Citizenship.
